Applicants must be 18 years of age or above and require to provide access card. A photo will be taken upon registration for future verification.
Employees of Resorts World at Sea shall not apply for Genting Rewards Club membership or enjoy the privileges and benefits of the Genting Rewards Club.
The Tier Points and Genting Rewards Points earned have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged or sold for cash or other consideration and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional benefits. Generally the terms and conditions upon which the Tier Points and Genting Points may be exchanged for rewards, including the number of Genting Rewards Points required to be exchanged for any particular reward and the procedures involved in redemption shall be determined by Resort World at Sea from time to time in its absolute discretion and may be amended or changed by Resort World at Sea from time to time without prior notice.
Tier Points and Genting Rewards Points do not constitute property of the Members. Points accrued by a Member are for the Member's benefit only and the Tier Points, Genting Rewards Points and the cards are not transferable. Any Tier Points and Genting Rewards Points earned by the Member will be credited to the respective Membership account accordingly. Any Points which Resort World at Sea deems in its sole discretion to have been transferred in violation of this terms and conditions may be confiscated.
Resorts World at Sea shall not be responsible for any lost, broken and/or stolen cards. Replacement of lost, broken or stolen cards will only be issued upon the request of Member and the presentation of the Member’s originals valid Identity Card or travel document to Resorts World at Sea for verification and replacement purposes.
Resorts World at Sea shall be under no obligation to issue a replacement Card to the Member following its loss, broken or theft. Should Resorts World at Sea issue a replacement Card, the Member acknowledges and agrees that Resorts World at Sea shall be entitled to deduct a fixed number of Points determined by Resorts World at Sea from time to time from the Member's account. In the event that there is insufficient number of Points in the Member's account, the Member agrees to pay an administrative fee (in cash) as requested and determined by Resorts World at Sea from time to time for the replacement card.
Provided always that Resorts World at Sea shall not be liable for any mistake in accumulation or calculation of Tier Points, Genting Rewards Points or the redemption for rewards, whether such mistake results from technical malfunction, operator’s fault, misrepresentation or any factor beyond the reasonable control of Resorts World at Sea or otherwise.
All questions, disputes or discrepancy on Tier Points or Genting Rewards Points or the eligibility for the Tier Points or Genting Reward Points accrued will be determined by Resort World at Sea at its sole and absolute discretion and such decision shall be conclusive and final.
Resorts World at Sea has the sole and absolute discretion in making final decisions on (a) granting the Resorts World at Sea Genting Rewards Club membership to any applicant, (b) granting any reward or benefit that a Member may be entitled to; or (c) any dispute relating to the Resorts World at Sea Genting Rewards Club membership and the Membership Card.
Resorts World at Sea shall at its sole and absolute discretion terminate the use of the Card by any Member at any time by cancelling the Card with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Resorts World at Sea is entitled to terminate a Member’s Genting Rewards Club membership, including but not limited to, (a) if the Member violates any terms and conditions for enjoying the membership; (b) the Member provides untrue or inaccurate information to Resorts World at Sea or uses improper ways in order to obtain rewards or benefits; or (c) the Member behaves inappropriately in the premises of Resorts World at Sea or its affiliates. Upon termination of the Genting Rewards Club membership, all Tier Points, Genting Rewards Points and benefits of that Member shall automatically be deemed NULL and VOID. Any reward programs, benefits or promotions shall, in relation to that Member, forthwith be considered expired and ineffective. Upon such termination or cancellation, the Member shall immediately return the Card and any additional Card to Resorts World at Sea upon request.
Resorts World at Sea reserves the right to amend or supplement any or all of these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. Resorts World at Sea may notify the Member of any such amendment or supplement in any manner as it may deem fit. The Member agrees to be bound by such amendment or supplement unless the Card and any additional Card are returned to Resorts World at Sea for cancellation before the date upon which any amendment or supplement is to have effect.
If no gaming activity in premises of Resorts World at Sea (or its affiliates/Cruises) is recorded for a 12-month consecutive period, any Tier Points and Genting Rewards Points accumulated in a Member’s account shall automatically be cancelled without notice.
Resorts World at Sea shall be entitled to require and Members acknowledge and agree to produce any forms of their valid identity or access card upon participating in any activity in their capacity as Members for verification purpose and updating of their personal data. Those activities shall include but shall not be limited to Genting Rewards Points redemption and all promotional activities.
The Membership Card is the property of Resorts World at Sea and must be returned unconditionally and immediately by Members upon Resorts World at Sea’s request.
Resorts World at Sea may request Members to select a Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) in a format it designates. Members’ PIN are for their own use only. Members undertake not to disclose their PIN to any other person or other Members under any circumstances. Originals of valid Identity Cards or travel documents will be required for PIN registration. Members may be required to provide their PIN upon participating in any promotional activity or Tier Points/Genting Rewards Points redemption for verification. Resorts World at Sea may from time to time require Members to reselect their PIN for security reasons.
Should there be any change to a Member’s personal data (including, without limitation, information shown in identity card or travel document, email or correspondence address and contact phone numbers) kept by Resorts World at Sea, the Member shall inform Resorts World at Sea by attending any Genting Rewards Club membership counter personally. Resorts World at Sea shall not be responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a Member’s failure to update Resorts World at Sea as to his/her personal data promptly.
The discounts in the form of Genting Rewards Points and/or discounts, benefits, entitlements, privileges, promotions may be awarded to Members when the Card is presented at the time of purchasing selected products/services offered by the participating Merchants by cash or credit card. The Members may be permitted to enjoy the Genting Rewards Points Earning/Redemption and/or the Benefits as determined from time to time by Resorts World at Sea and the participating Merchants.
Resort World at Sea, its affiliates and any participating Merchants make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the Genting Rewards Earning/Redemption. All Tier Points and Genting Rewards Points are void where prohibited by applicable local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.
By using the Card, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended and/or supplemented from time to time by Resorts World at Sea.
In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
